By becoming a recurring donor, you receive a Gnesio Health membership which provides benefits as per the selected tier while also providing faithful pastors with FREE access to Gnesio Health services.

Full spectrum telehealth is available to those in Idaho, North Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. Those in other states may join the Health Coaching/Messaging tier.
​
​Those that qualify for E-Visits, can use them for the evaluation/treatment of minor medical conditions not requiring a hands-on exam.

Click on the "Donate/Begin Subscription" button to submit your request to subscribe, and activate your recurring monthly or yearly donation via Stripe.

Upon enrollment, you'll receive a Welcome Email with instructions and links to resources.​

Once you have access to the PUSH Health portal, you will be able to securely message with our providers and submit requests for telehealth visits, labs, medications, etc.
